- All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 days.
- Problems with your order must be reported within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
- For all returns or exchanges, email us at retail@dutyman.com
- If you receive a wrong or defective item there will be no restocking or shipping fee. We will gladly refund or exchange your item. On returns not due to manufacturer defect or shipment error, a 15% restocking fee will be charged. Products must be returned in the same condition as received. The shipping charge will NOT be reimbursed.
- Certain Dutyman products will require proof of employment to be able to purchase.
